I'm a mom of two wild and crazy boys. 
Long ago, it was easy to love them to the moon and back. 
But now, I'm not going to lie, I struggle to stay sane! 

I don't want to yell at them.

I don't want to blame myself for their behavior.

I don't want to compare them to other teens.

I don't want my day to depend on my teen's day.

I started my journey with life coaching when I wasn't happy at work.

After 20 years, I felt unfulfilled, and I wanted a happier life. 
I learned to take control of how I feel & act so I create my future.  

Just when I thought life was smooth, my oldest became a teen.
